Every job starts with a DOFF steam clean. That's the service. Anything beyond it, such as treating a specific stain or protecting the surface against regrowth, is optional and quoted separately, so you only pay for what you want.

We assess the surface, its condition and any previous coatings, then test a small area first. That confirms the right settings before we clean the whole surface.
DOFF Steam Clean
DOFF uses low-pressure steam and superheated water to lift dirt, algae, moss and staining without abrasives. It suits sensitive masonry where a controlled process matters.
Stain Treatment (Optional)
Only where you want a specific problem treated, such as rust or soot staining. We choose a treatment to suit your surface and quote it separately as an extra.
Final Inspection & Aftercare
As part of the aftercare, once the surface is clean, we can apply a biocide and leave it on to help stop algae and general growth returning. Protection lasts up to 12-24 months, per manufacturer guidance. Quoted separately as an optional extra.
